    Election rules oblige channels to offer equal airtime to parties...but they flout the rules. Before presidential referendum last year, AKP granted 83 hours in news bulletins, CHP 17, MHP 14.5, HDP 33 minutes. Today suggests it’ll be no different.

    CHP candidate Muharrem İnce's rally in his hometown Yalova is not being aired by any of the news channels such as CNNTürk, NTV, Haberturk.

    Good news. Teacher who was jailed for calling in to a TV show to say children were dying in conflict in southeast has been freed. Just insane that she was imprisoned in first place.

    Teacher Ayşe Çelik who had been put in prison for 1 year 3 months with her 6 month old baby, has been released after spending 2 weeks in Prison.

    Interesting poll: in January this year, 34% said terrorism was most important election issue. Now just 18.6% say so. People saying economy is now most important risen from 37.3% in January to 49.9%. Could economic woes be Achilles heel of and going into election?
