Ceasefire and stalemate will continue to effectively neutralize Idlib rebels. Will bind ressources, prevent any counteroffensives vs. Assad. In short: It puts the revolution in coma so Idlib can easily be raped by Assad/Astana criminals.

These comments are ignorant and misleading. The protesters were mostly medical staff working at Turkish funded hospitals and they do not see TR as an occupier. The point was clear. TR should take an active role in the prevention of abuses conducted by some armed groups.

Turkey gave refuge to ~3 mio Syrians. We are grateful for this. That said, switching sides, feeding rebels to the shia assadist Dogs and bending over to Putin since at least 2 years cant be excused.

Those people are not angry because of Turkey's presence but because Turkey supports a group of thugs called "Alhamze". Turkey should not prioritize a group's loyalty over conduct.

The Bayda and Baniyas massacre was the culmination of a series of atrocities by the Asad regime—Houla, Qubair, Tremseh, Daraya, Thiabiya, Barzeh, Haswiya—that were intentionally carried out in a sectarian way, designed to derail a peaceful uprising into an ethno-religious war.

You're pro war as fuck if you support attacks on the white helmets. Not only are you pro-war, you're straight up fucking garbage. Long live the Syrian Revolution and may Bashar al-Assad eat shit and die along with his entire bloodthirsty dictatorship.

It is a sign of utter failure that rebels in are hunted down by classical guerilla methods like IED or assassination one after another. But (close to) zero of such actions behind enemy lines. State Terrorists use small war, rebels even HTS to spoiled or dumb to use it.

Maybe better to allow TR buffer. could join TR army, if not as sleepers feeding on TR Ressources.. Hardened core might better infiltrate Assadist territory and start waging guerilla war, asymetric insurgency. Maybe under new name. And use Idlib as PAK style safe zone.

The question for : If they continue their current path, not being able to prevent other rebels selling out to Assad/Erdo, failing to mount military pressure vs Assad, not preventing shia takeover: Zero alternative for people as it is a lose-lose-situation.

I wonder about the strategic endgame szenarios: * : Forget revolution. Best case: join TR protectorate * SouthernFront: Surrender to Assad w heavy gear. * : A shadow of its former self. Cant prevent JTS surrender to either SAA or TR in Idlib. Incapable to adapt.
