    The Syrian regime's prisons are a vast network of concentration camps, where torture and murder are endemic. Despite the solid evidence, it's unlikely justice will ever be done, certainly not by an international court.

  2. Well that is a fairly decisive rebuttal, and it really demands an answer as to who is telling the truth. A story like that in The about U.S. intent to abandon an ally has real consequences; if it is untrue it's a pretty serious business.

    It is not to absolve or its rebel dependencies for what has happened in Efrin to say that the / threat to attack Arab civilians is obscene. Again, these people are themselves displaced and have had little choice in their fate.
