    Well that is a fairly decisive rebuttal, and it really demands an answer as to who is telling the truth. A story like that in The about U.S. intent to abandon an ally has real consequences; if it is untrue it's a pretty serious business.

    It is not to absolve or its rebel dependencies for what has happened in Efrin to say that the / threat to attack Arab civilians is obscene. Again, these people are themselves displaced and have had little choice in their fate.
