Je pense qu’il veut dire « guerre juste », ce qui est le sens du mot « jihad » pour beaucoup de musulmans, sans connotation radicale.

Et depuis les années 1980, beaucoup ont pris le plis de traduire « mujahidin » par « combattants de la liberté ». On l’a vu en Afghanistan, bien sûr, mais aussi en Iran avec l’OMPI, organisation « mujahidin » d’inspiration marxiste.
