I can't sign in to the account on Twitter for Android. I get an error message when try to look at replies to my own tweets on Chrome for iOS. I CAN see replies on Chrome for Android. I can't RT or RT with comment on any set up, but I can see from my notifications that some can.

So, some people see random locked accounts with 0 following & 0 followers when they click this profile. Out of interest, what browser/app/client/os are you using when you see that?
