    Hillary Clinton encouraged a Trump victory in the Republican field, sure he would be the weakest candidate for the general. Slight miscalculation and far from the only one. Read "Shattered" + the Russians and the Comey letter look a lot less significant.

    E3 diplomats conceding privately there is no way to "defend" EU companies from US secondary financial sanctions, as I've pointed out for months. 's regime fears two sanctions above any others: the Central Bank & SWIFT. To hold on, as rial falls, they need Trump to back down.
