@shilkytouch My point was more that a lot of those guys are coming in from Saitama. They don't know the roads as well. -
@jameshadfield Adachi number includes anyone in 足立区、葛飾区、荒川区、台東区、墨田区、江東区、江戸川区. Only a bit of that is near da-Saitama -
@shilkytouch That's just where the depots are located. I'm sure they're bussing the drivers in from out of town. Maybe Ehime.
