Pride Leadership provides lectures, hands-on workshops and other activities to help LGBTQ community members enhance their leadership skills. The intensive eight-month training curriculum includes monthly sessions of two to four hours in length, conducted during the business day. In addition, each of the program participants applies their learning from the workshops toward a community service project.
Program participants not only gain knowledge and skills, they also build confidence through Pride Leadership’s preparation for effective service. With training focuses on management, strategic planning, fiscal management, marketing, fundraising, conflict resolution and more, Pride Leadership prepares LGBTQ professionals to take a seat at boardroom tables across central Ohio.
