I have a notion of what all of the parameters do, but why are they named as they are? What I know and don't know:
* safe=adult content or not (self-explanatory)
* q=query
* spell=spellchecked?
* sa=I forgot what it does; why is it called "sa"
* ved=the value of it has multiple parameters; why is it called "ved"?
* biw=browser internal width in pixels
* bih=browser internal height in pixels
