So I'm trying to find out if this bob the builder thing is real and apparently it was the original creators that ASSUMED japanese kids would find bob scary because he only had 4 fingers and looks like a yakuza, so they wanted to add extra fingers onto him in order to air it there
and then another website claims that the television companies that make bob the builder and the simpsons pay millions of dollars a year to 'burakumin' (as if theyre some organization?) so they can air these shows in Japan and they can add extra fingers
this is like some conspiracy theory?? all these articles are from weird sites with spelling mistakes and the posts are from 2001. it's like someone did some half assed research about marginalized groups in Japan and then decided to spin it out of control lol im finished
