I know I’m not the biggest ball of sunshine but man, at least a lot of my negativity is introspective and self deprecating. I’d rather be someone who tries to keeps my own demons in check than someone who is out there to hurt or insult or belittle other people on the internet.
Obviously I’m not perfect and I’ve had disagreements with people from time to time, but these days I realize that it’s OK to not like everybody I meet, and it’s better to just... not fuck with them at all, that to force myself to tolerate them for formalities and explode later.
