RISE is switching over to a new and improved mainnet (Ark-Shift hybrid) which requires a mandatory network swap to switch your RISE tokens over to the new blockchain. Bittrex Coin Exchange will facilitate this swap. Your current RISE on the old network will be exchanged 1:1 for RISE on the new network.

How to participate in the swap

If your RISE tokens are stored in a Rise Web Wallet i.e. https://wallet-old.rise.vision, in a Rise desktop wallet or at an exchange other than Bittrex then you will need to transfer your RISE tokens to Bittrex. If you do not have an account with Bittrex please register one here: https://bittrex.com/account/Register. After registering you can retrieve your RISE deposit address in order to send your tokens.

If your RISE tokens are already located at Bittrex then there is nothing you need to do. Your RISE tokens will automatically be swapped when the swap period ends.

Timeline of the Rise Network Swap

Starts Wednesday June 21, 2017 - 5pm PDT (0:00 UTC)
Ends Wednesday July 19, 2017 - 5pm PDT (0:00 UTC)

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to send your RISE tokens to Bittrex before the end of the above mentioned timeline, namely July 19, to prevent loss of your tokens. On July 19th the old Rise network will be shut down and any tokens remaining on the old blockchain will no longer be accessible.
During the above mentioned timeline the market will not close, so you can continue to freely trade Rise on the Bittrex Exchange.

End of Rise ICO withdrawal Period

For those who participated in the Rise ICO of May-June 2016, but who still have not withdrawn their tokens from their ICO profile account will have time until July 15, 2017 – 5pm PDT (0:00 UTC) to open a support ticket at https://support.rise.vision and request an ICO withdrawal. Attention: Requests that are made after the above mentioned deadline will not be processed.
