      あと、こちらに書かないで懸念していた、付属品の件です。充電器のケーブルでさえ揃っていないと、ケーブルは販売額相当をペナルティとして負担することになりますよ。我が家は機種変を済ませていたので、泣く泣く新しいケーブルを差し出して済みました。要注意ですよ。

      ぬーー　これ、システム化して常習的にお金取ってるんですね 譲渡書類に客にサインさせてるということは、やっぱり一旦客に「購入」させてるん 月額からいくらかは客にその金を支払わせているんです それなのに解約時に「新品相当」のブツか金を要求って。。。二重取りしてる

      結局法テラスの紹介の 弁護士 での相談は時間の無駄でした やはり30分無料相談では 限界があるのだと痛感し 今度は自費で消費者被害専門 弁護士を探します。

      そうだったんですか。。。ありがとうございます デポにも弁護士がいるので、プラン設定そのものはギリギリを攻めているとは思います でも店舗の人間は法のことまで理解できないし、売上への圧力もあって、契約時に客に対してアウトな説明をしていると思うぴよ 契約時に録音されることも無いですからね

          そうですね　法テラスは手軽な分、時間のかかる複雑な事案には向かないか。。 貴重な体験談をありがとうございます PCデポは証拠となる書類は慎重に、かつ、破たんしないように作成しているからこそまるっとした数字しか載せられません キーはやはり「契約時の説明」という物証の無い部分です
