Indeed. I understand calling Twitter out for their hypocrisy in regards to the checkmark's meaning, but free speech isn't being affected by the checkmark being removed.

Well they kind of changed those TOS a few weeks ago to activity off twitter, the only accts being de verified are conservative or right wing while hollywood rapists keep theirs-the hypocrisy is what pisses me off.

All terms and conditions (ironclad ones at least) have a clause in there that suggests that the terms can change at any point.
