If schools are mandated to be gun free zones, violence and danger are given an open invitation to enter. Almost all school shootings are in gun free zones. Cowards will only go where there is no deterrent!

How does one go about disarming a whole country in which guns are part of the culture? With out destroying the economy?

100% agree with you, in due time it can be accomplished. The problem is that people want a solution today. Also, it is hard to deter something about half of the country like. It's like the war on drugs; it didn't stop people from doing it. Just made drugs more expensive.
Its not even half the country tbf though......and no you wont stop people but you can make it harder/more expensive whilst you bring about the cultural shift, Trying to put out fire with more fire is not a very good idea.
Might be less than half of the country but let's talk about amount of buying power. Money rules the world, and the fact that the fire arms industry can be lucrative with so much opposition shows how much money the supporting side has.
Oh yeah 100% and that is why people are even debating this....its a sad side effect of society and the economic structure 90% of the world has, those that have the money make the law.
We have a lot of State that have strick "Gun Control" can the argument be made that people have access to that option? Can I go to Colorado and say we should make weed illegal rather than say I rather move to a state that weed is legalized.

But how will they get the guns if you make the whole country gun free. This is not a game these people never come back to life ! We may be teenagers but we are making more sense then you in all of this . We will not stop !
