        裁量忖度でいいではないですかゴミの大量に出るタダ同然の土地ですよ。そんな汚い土地誰が買いますか？朝日新聞も国有地コネで安くしともらい、隣の野田公園も破格の値段で払い下げられたらしい。辻元議員が運動したらしいでしょ。こんな先例があるのに、そのことを報道しないマスコミこそおかしい
