    金曜日の朝刊で朝日がスクープ。でも、国会で安倍はお得意の「朝日ガー」をできなかった。そりゃそうだよなーと思ってたら、今週になって、安倍応援団のエセジャーナリスト、タレント弁護士、統一協会ベッタリの政治学者等々が、口を揃えて「まずは朝日から」。わかりやすいこの構図に騙されないように

        「森友も加計も、違法だという証拠がないのに騒ぐメディアがおかしい」という論理で安倍首相を擁護する意見を見るが、諸々の公的記録や関係者の記憶が全てきっちりと保存・開示されている状態での「証拠がない」と、それらの核心部分が全て削除・消去された状況での「証拠がない」では意味が全然違う。

        「不正があったか無かったかを確認できる記録が無くなったので、不正はありませんでした」等の言い訳は、民主主義国では通用しない。それを許すなら、公的記録を独占的に管理する政府は不正をやり放題になる。「記録がない」は「潔白を証明できない」という意味であり、立証責任は常に政府の側にある。

        一度の嘘であれば謝ればまだ許される。しかし嘘の上塗りをするともう取り返しがつかない。朝日が安倍官邸をじらしているのは彼らが嘘の上塗りをするのを見越しての事だろう。ある意味で意地の悪い戦術だ。
