  朝日が主張する「価格提示を行う」の表現が消えてるという問題。「予定価格の決定」の決済文書なら予定価格について言及するのは分かるが、売買契約時の決済文書において予定価格の提示を行うという表現が必要なのか？既に予定価格も示し、売買契約に至る段階の決済文書でその表現が必要なのだろうか
