  習慣として、やってはいけないことってあると思うんですよ。例えば、首相に同じことをしても笑い話で済みますが、陛下だと、ただ事では済みません。欧州でも国王なら問題ないのですが、教皇だと問題です。要するに世俗の範疇を越える信仰の対象に対する扱いは別ということです。

  憲法で『表現の自由』が保証されているからといって、何をしても良いとは言えない。小学館の行為は、モンゴルの英雄を侮辱した『侮辱罪』に相当する。モンゴル政府からクレームが来るのは当然で、外務省が大使を小学館に連れて行き謝罪させたのは適正な行為。
