Connection problems

We hit a bump earlier today after an issue with an upstream service provider made some users unable to connect to Slack. Our provider fixed the problem and we're back online. Apologies for the disruption.

Incorrect member counts in the channel browser

The team has investigated this issue and confirmed that it's not affecting any core functionality. They will continue to work on finding a resolution to this number count disparity in due course. We hope it doesn't cause too much hassle in the meantime.
