Greetings! There once was a Firefox extension called Show Parent Folder, which has apparently been discontinued by its author. This extension added a column in which the containing directory of each bookmark was displayed in bottom-up order, that is, beginning with the containing folder and ending with the Bookmarks Menu (or whatever top-level) folder. I found this much more useful than the built-in Containing Folder Path column, which often displays a path that extends off the screen and therefore does not effectively display the containing folder.
Does anyone know of a way to reverse the built-in display order or of an extension to replace Show Parent Folder?
Thank you!
PS: I do have Go Parent Folder. But often, I just want to know what the containing folder is, not go there and lose the current on-screen display.

So I presume this is the Go Parent Folder add-on that you are using: http://www.rocketdownload.com/program/go-parent-folder-621014.html... (I ask because AMO does not list "Go Parent Folder" at all)

Unfortunately it appears that Parent Folder is not compatible with Pale Moon and I'm not finding any other alternatives...

This is already implemented in Pale Moon (Issue #211, Issue #216). All you need is to unhide "Containing Folder" column in the Library window.
Here are the add-ons I made in a spare time. That was fun!

^ Thanks! --- enabling (unhiding) the "Containing Folder Path" can be very helpful

Re: Library: Display containing directories in bottom-up order
Thank you for responding.
I'm using PM 27.3, Win 7, and Go Parent Folder works fine for me. I've also unhidden the Containing Folder column. However, there were once two distinct extensions, Go Parent Folder and Show Parent Folder. Unfortunately, the latter has been withdrawn: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/show-parent-folder/.
Show Parent Folder reversed the order of the information provided in Containing Folder, so that the actual folder appeared first rather than last. I'm looking for that functionality by some means.

Re: Library: Display containing directories in bottom-up order
Sorry, PM crashed and sent that last response before I finished it.
I was in the middle of trying my archived copy of Show Parent Folder, just to make sure it doesn't work. And voila! It does. The new column heading is "Parent Folder" instead of "Containing Folder", that's where I went wrong first time around. In the extension's options, one of the settings is "Reverse folder hierarchy". That's what I wanted, and now that's what I have.
If someone would be kind enough to tell me how to attach a file, I'll be happy to share both .xpi files.

Ah, so I see where you found the add-on page that the add-on author has removed the extension (not easy to find when this happens).
Just looking at AMO I've found this (not sure if this would help you out): Manage Folders.
Addendum: didn't see your post above and no notice you had posted -- so good problem solved

Re: Library: Display containing directories in bottom-up order
There appear to be copies of 'Show Parent Folder' in various ftp archives - http://www.filewatcher.com/_/?q=show+parent+folder.
A couple of mirrors from the above search: link1 and link2.
Edit:
@VLMin, Saw your last post just before submitting this. Apparently you no longer need this ^, but will post it anyway in case someone finds it useful.
Below the posting box are two tabs, "Options" and "Attachments" (select "Attachments" :)). Click the "Add files" button just underneath, follow the prompts. Have your .xpi's handy on the desktop to upload. After it's uploaded, click "Place inline". (Or in the alternative, I think you can just drag your file from the "File name" area to the posting box.) Please zip them up before attaching.
Edit 2:
Noticed a couple of places in the forum where attached .xpi's were removed, followed by a note stating that such attachments were contrary to forum policy. Perhaps it would be better to share these via private message, if people ask for them.
