Receiver spec said "LAN Dubbing not supported for 4K" but not this time :-)

Some user reported problems with 4K EIGA a few days ago.
Obviously I fixed it and the user beta tested the fixed farmware.
Now I released the updated farmware.

For existing modified, you do not need to run "update.bat".
Just edit UNLOCK CODE in kaspa.hex and run "cascmd < kaspa.hex".

If you cannot watch TV using the B method, follow the procedure:

* Grab KaspaTool.exe from http://files.blackaspa.com/kaspa/
* Insert original Skapa card in card reader
* Run KaspaTool.exe on your original card
* In the PPV section, look for the line that shows "Service ID 3F01"

* The service ID is in green color. Now look at the value in blue
* Go to http://files.blackaspa.com/kaspa/PPV/
* Download the ZZZZ.hex files that corresponds to your blue number
* Edit the ZZZZ.hex and change the XX sequence with your UNLOCK CODE
* Remove original Skapa card
* Insert your modified card (kaspa.hex)
* Run:   cascmd < ZZZZ.hex
* The result should be:
  * 90 00
  * 13 37 90 00

Try the card again on receiver or TV.

I will update main website later this weekend.

Thanks for bug report. I updated .bat script in ZIP.

This update fixes some bugs reported by users. It should also increase the number of channel that can watch.

If you are already using the card to watch TV, use the "kaspa-paired.zip" only, since you do not need pairing.
If you never paired or used the card before, then use "kaspa-unpaired.zip" by following the instructions at http://www.blackaspa.com

Don't forget to edit your "unlock code" and card ID inside the *.hex before using.
