        APDやDPCの創設や財団管理の流動性の高いオープンアクセスジャーナルが相次いで開設されてるのもこういった現状に対抗する為なんだけれど、まーああいった言説を繰り返す人々とその拡散性の前にはどうしても後追いの形になっているという。
