The PA Supreme Court just ruled by a 4-3 vote that PA’s Congressional Maps are unconstitutional. They are giving the GA until February 19 to draw the new districts.

And is this final word, or can they appeal to Federal Court?

The can petition the U.S. Supreme Court to hear it, but this decision was based on the Pennsylvania Constitution, not the U.S. Constitution, so it's not clear the Supremes will hear it....
