        郵便局今でもこうですよ？普通に年賀状と暑中見舞いのハガキのノルマもあるし。カタログギフトもある。商品に魅力を持たせる提案はしないところが未だにお役所。

        あの組織の人たちは今も、自分たちは公務員だったのに、小泉のせいで特権階級から外されてしまったことを根に持ってます。そして公務員時代のルールを厳格に守り続けてるので、公務員のルール的に非正規にはご褒美をあげられない規則があったのでしょう。

        私も郵便局でバイトしてた時に、かもめーる販売管轄内で1位だった事があります。きちんと表彰されました、そう賞状を貰いました。 そう賞状だけを貰いました。 上記は公社時代で、完全民営化した後もいましたが、正社員だから仕事している出来るという視点持ってる人しかいなかった気がしますね。

        知人のゆうメイトがそうでした。東京でトップの売り上げ出したときは海外旅行はなし、翌年にはその成績を課長クラスが横取りする形に・・・ 内部告発考えていましたがあまりにもひどい体質だったので本人も呆れてどうでもよくなったみたいです
