The first PDM(Programmed Depot Maintenance) of F-4 fighter began with US Air Force F-4E in 1979 and performed successfully until 1991.

F-4D/E PDM program for ROKAF began in 1988. This program has achieved perfect safety record ever since and contributed the support of war potential for ROKAF.

The cycle of PDM is 4 years for F-4D, 4.5 years for F-4E.

F-406 aircraft are operated by ROKNY as the target tower.

KAL-ASD has been performing PDM for F-406 since 2000.

This program is performed every 4 years and the purpose of PDM is to maintain safety and best mission performance capabilities through maintenance such as disassembly, replacement, repair and modification.

KAL-ASD has been performing PDM program for P-3C since 2000.

P-3C aircraft are operated by ROKNY for maritime patrol and this PDM program is performed periodically to maintain mission performance capabilities by recovering safety through disassembly, replacement, repair and modification.

This program is to maintain performance for 500MD helicopters by securing safety through disassembly, replacement, repair and modification.

KAL-ASD has been performing OCM (On Condition Maintenance) for 500MD since 1979 and contributed the support of war potential to ROKAM by securing safety.

This PDM program is performed periodically to maintain performance of CH-47 helicopters by securing safety through disassembly, replacement, repair and modification.

KAL-ASD has been performing PDM for CH-47 helicopters operated by ROKAM and ROKAF since 1997 and is doing its best to prevent failure in mission.

This PDM program is performed periodically to maintain performance for UH-60 helicopters by securing safety through disassembly, replacement, repair and modification.

KAL-ASD has been performing PDM for LYNX helicopters operated by ROKNY since 1989 and is doing its best to maintain maximized war potential.

LYNX ESM(Electronic Support Measure) program is modification of alert system for enemies threat signal.

KAL-ASD has performing all of LYNX for ROKN since Dec. 1997 to 2010.

ALT-III is operated by ROKNY for maritime commandment. This PDM program is performed periodically to maintain performance for ALT-III helicopters by securing safety through disassembly, replacement, repair and modification.

KAL-ASD has been performing PDM for ALT-III helicopters operated by ROKNY from 1989 to now and is doing its best to maintain maximized war potential. Especially, KAL ASD is paying attention to every maintenance process in accordance with aging of these helicopters.

UH-60 upgrade program is to enhance the performances of helicopters by installing the latest equipment such as navigating / communicating, commanding / controlling, electronic disturbing, external fuel tanks and rescuing, required for missions such as infiltration and rescue.

KAL-ASD had performed UH-60 upgrade program installing equipment such as GPS, HF, TACAN, DF, ASC-15 and HOIST successfully for 5 years from 1995 with the technologies accumulated through manufacturing of mid-sized maneuvering helicopters. And KAL-ASD continuously support UH-60 through PDM program of UH-60

UH-60 rehabilitation program is to restore the crash damaged helicopter to the state of before the crash by evaluating and replacing damaged parts.

KAL-ASD had rehabilitated the crush damaged helicopters by manufacturing new cabin body, installing equipment such as TACAN/HF, RWR/Chaff Flare Dispenser and reconnaissance/rescue.

F-15 is operated in west pacific by US Air Force, KAL-ASD has been performing PDM, MSIP and corrosion control in accordance with maintenance program of US Air Force. This is one of the program which has acquired perfect quality recognition from US Air Force.

KAL-ASD has been performing various kinds of maintenance such as PDM, inspection/repair of structure, test flight, MSIP(Multi Stage Improvement Program), wire harness replacement, functional test and corrosion control. Also KAL-ASD extend business zone through Rewiring work which change the decrepit wire of F-15 fighter.

KAL-ASD has been performing the maintenance of F-16 which is operated by US Air Force in pacific Area from 1983 to now and expands the program from corrosion control to structural upgrade including maintenance of airframe and parts.

KAL-ASD has been performing modification/service life extension program for fuselage and the main wings of US Air ForceA-10 attacker with the accumulated high technologies since 1982.

KAL-ASD has been performing perfectly various kinds of program such as SLEP(Service Life Extension Program), SSI(Scheduled Structural Inspection) inspection/repair, functional check, test flight, corrosion control, re-skin efforts. KAL ASD has been trusted deeply by customer. In addition, the program is being expanded to PE(Precision Engagement) to improve the accuracy of the stinger.

RC-12 is operated by the US Army in Korea. KAL-ASD started corrosion control program in 1990 and this program is being expanded to service life extension including modification and maintenance of aircrafts.

KAL-ASD is performing maintenance program such as corrosion control, none destructive inspection, repair, functional test, test flight and ACI(Analytical Condition Inspection)

KAL ASD had performed PDM program of C-130 which are operated in pacific area for 10 years from 1983.

PDM program of C-130 consists of disassembly, repair, modification, assembly and is performed every 5 years.

CH-53 helicopters are operated in pacific area by US Navy and Marine. KAL ASD has been performing Depot level maintenance such as SDLM, IMC since 1989.

In addition to PDM such as SDLM(Standard Depot Level Maintenance), IMC(Integrated Maintenance Concept), KAL ASD is performing airframe change, block up-grade, crash damage repair, re-wring and acquired recognition for high quality.

KAL-ASD has been performing CH-47 program which is operated by US Army since 1879, began with corrosion control and expanding our business area to PDM including modification, re-wiring.

KAL-ASD has been performing programs such as corrosion control, PDM, and re-wiring.

KAL-ASD had performed corrosion control program for HH-60G which is operated by US Air Force with the experiences of rehabilitating crash damaged helicopters since 1986. And with the technologies accumulated through ROK UH-60 manufacturing business, KAL ASD had performed modification of primary structure and is performing PDM program for HH-60G reconnaissance/patrol helicopters of USAF.

KAL ASD had successfully performed tail cone refurbishment business (Disassembling tail cone of UH-60 and reassembling the tail cone by using the used parts or new parts) through the technologies accumulated by UH-60 manufacturing business.

This program could be performed in CCAD(Corpus Christi Army Depot) US but they decided to perform the program in KAL ASD, recognizing our manufacturing capability accumulated through various projects.
