  カルテが引き継がれていないということは患者の検査結果や治療方針、投薬にも影響してくるのでは？！内部告発にしても病院名も不明ですし、宛先なども分からないと写真の文章だけを見ると簡単に作れてしまう写真かなって思ってしまいました。もう少し具体的に解りやすく告発されると良いのでは

  旧システムも不治痛なら旧仕様握ってるのにそんなおかしな実装したかっていえば保守をケチりドキュメントが腐り薄い札束で引っ叩いた挙句あれもやれこれもやれやっぱこうしてとか年末まで散々意識高い糞やり取りがあったんだろうなぁ…と思うといくら不治痛でも現場のSE/PGには同情を禁じ得ない…
