It AMAZES me how many YouTubers think they should be paid for doing interviews with news outlets. I'd say about 40% of the time I reach out to influencers they ask about compensation. Like are u crazy?!
Basically if you're a teen YouTuber and you don't see the value in shaping your narrative and public image by doing strategic press, you better hire a good PR person cuz you're fucked
