      私と同じ症状だとしたら、症状名「肩関節周囲炎」だと思われます。すっごくかみ砕いた表現を使うと四十肩。 ８か月前に発症し、半年ほど通院加療を続け、ようやく症状が緩和してきました。まともに加療すると完治まで１～２年かかるそうです。

      処方としては対処療法が中心となりますが、自宅で出来る事は、ビタミン剤の摂取を意識することでしょうか。（特にビタミンＢ） アリナミン等のビタミン錠剤と適量服用することと、栄養バランスの食事が大事だと医師から診断。医師の処方箋があれば効果強いビタミン剤を薬局で入手できます。
