It goes beyond that, as I'm sure you know, Karen. The policy requires all staff members who hear, "HCO Bring Order!" to run to where the call is and to take part in whatever action the HCO staff member is doing. If a staff member doesn't do that they are subject to punishment.

3 months ago, here in Hollywood at Celebrity Center ~~ did it again.

For years and years the Scientology Cult has held people against their will, especially STAFF. It can act as a kind of KIDNAP but Scientology thumbs its nose at local laws and laws of the land as they only follow L Ron Hubbard.
This incident happened to a public in a Counseling *session*

Victor used to paly tennis with his childhood friend, Marshall. every other Saturday. Marshall was a senior FBI agent. One day Victor asked him after the game if he knows anything about the Bently abduction.

The whole operation would have taken less than an hour." said Marshall.

^I heard that in some third-world countries the cargo doesn't have to go through the customs, they just load it on a ship. I do not know whether this tactics is used in Latin American countries and in the Carribeans.

With the plaintiff out of picture, the prosecutors wanted to wrap up the case in a hurry. Still, they wanted a conviction, but this time they were willing to agree to all Victor's lawyer's conditions. Andreas worked out a deal -- Victor will plea no contest, his conviction will be sealed, and he will get a 9-day prison term for misdemeanor battery.

In the criminal court system no contest plea is the same as guilty verdict. However, unlike guilty verdict, no contest plea cannot be used against the defendant in the civil court system. This means that, if Bently decides to sue Victor in a civil court, he will be unable to take advantage of Victor's no contest plea.

Since the verdict will be sealed, Victor will retain his lawyer license.

"You won't stay in jail for 9 days. They will release you tomorrow -- the jails are overcrowded, anyone who receives less than 11-day term gets out next day," said Andreas.

As Andreas predicted, Victor along with 8 prisoners with similar terms was released at 5: 20 AM. Victor used his cellphone to order a large limo, and told the other former prisoners that he will be taking all of them home. "Cheers to the rich white guy!!" said an African American prisoner who was convicted of stealing a pack of bananas from the supermarket.

I just call the number and it's some sort of medical alert scammy sounding recording, offering a free trip and medical alert.

As an active Scientologist, in your studies of L. Ron Hubbard's writing and lectures, have you ever given any thought to how often and how much he has threatened you? In most cases he has done it in a way that the reader takes it the threat is aimed at someone else. Nevertheless almost everyone involved in Scientology finds themselves in punitive ethics actions, lower conditions, committees of evidence, overboarding, rehabilitation project force, the threat of being declared a suppressive person, and the list goes on. It creates a society of fear and mistrust and puts everyone below the leader into a state of anxiety. Do you like living that way?
