It seems like a clusterfuck honestly. As somebody in the NW I wanted it to succeed.
I did too, me and my partner were all in about trying to make this work and also had panels planned, DJ sets, security volunteer, etc. but after we had the issues with staff and Gabriel we ended up saying fuck this noise and got out.
