This picture reminds me I hate the idea "empower." If somebody gives it to you, it's not really power. Because they can take it back.

not necessarily true with knowledge for instance. If you teach someone to do something you usually do, you can’t take it back from them.

Maybe that's why "teach" is a nice, straightforward, active verb, and not some weird passive construction like "emlearn."

Governer Koike is such a disgrace. She has not proposed any plans for the coming Olympic, and the transfer of the Tsukiji fishing market. >

She did nothing as a governer after her inaugradation. Then, suddenly joined the lower house election campaign only to lose the match.

What is worse, she claimed that she lost the election because of gender discrimination. Ofcourse this is wrong because not a few
