私は職人の世界に憧れがあります。妥協を許さず、何物にも囚われず、自らの理想を追い求めようとするその姿勢に強く魅かれます。

特に独立時計師と言われる職人たちの作品からは、その息遣いまでもが聞こえてくるようです。

独自・独特・独創の世界を生み出す彼らのように、私も野菜と真摯に向き合い、とことん考察を深め、芸術の域に達するまでにその質を高めたい。自ら独立栽培師と名乗るに恥じない姿勢で日々取り組んで参ります。

I adore the world of craftsmanship, which never compromises and never stick with anything trivial, yet trying to achieve what it finds ideal.  I am attracted by that kind of attitude.

I can even feel their breathes through the crafts made by so-called ‘independent watch makers’.

Just like they produce their unique, special and creative pieces, I am trying to face my vegetable, to observe them meticulously until it becomes an art.

Now I am trying every day to give my full attention to vegetable as I am calling myself an ‘independent grower ‘
