Why the hell would you pay that much up front for an apartment lol I didn't pay much at all when I moved.
You can def find somewhere cheaper though, but then it’s whether a landlord accepts you or not.

That's ¥600,000 up front tho But usually that's also 1-2 months of actual rent included there so you wouldn't have to pay rent for 2 months
