Find friends through work and other friends or online via twitter, few people who go to international parties arent sleezy anyway
I work by myself or with like 3 other people. I don't like finding people on twitter. TBH finding people HERE is more sleazy.

I try to avoid the online friends route unless they're fellow Youtubers. Even then, the YouTube community in Tokyo has become such cancer.
