１・９億円脱税容疑で会社代表を起訴　神戸地検

　相続税や法人税約１億９千万円を脱税したとして、神戸地検特別刑事部は６日、相続税法違反などの罪で、尼崎市の金属プレス加工会社「協滋鉄工所」の代表取締役、姜太淑（きょうたいしゅく）容疑者（５３）＝同市＝を在宅起訴した。法人としての同社も法人税法違反などの罪で起訴した。

　起訴状などによると、姜被告は２０１５年２月、実母から相続した財産約１５億円相当のうち、約２億６９００万円分を隠して税務署に申告し、相続税約１億３４００万円を脱税するなどしたとされる。
