I did a search for Rasetsu, and nothing showed up. So, I daringly assume that nothing has been said about this game at all (!?). Rasetsu Alternative that is. According to Magic Box:

Nippon Ichi will release a PS2 real time strategy game game called Rasetsu Alternative in Japan this summer, the game is developed by Kogado Studio.

So yeah, I guess they're not actually developing it. But still, real-time strategy! Does anyone know anything about this game and/or Kogado Studio?

Kogado, they released RTS galgame for PC called Blue Flow recently, maybe it's the same game. They're mostly known for their musical galgames like Symphonic Rain and Angelic Concert.
