Producing voluminous, high-quality input requires a suitable place to lay it all out.
IdeaGrid provides you with a whiteboard in your pocket. Naturally collect your ideas in this specialized idea space.
Organize your collection of ideas before they cool down, thus allowing your ideas to develop yet even more ideas.
Intuitive as sticky notes, IdeaGrid also allows you to change the size, color, or to layer ideas, creating an environment more conducive to serendipity.
If you want to take just one idea and expand it to 100, IdeaGrid makes it possible.
Over 20 idea frameworks allow you to freely grow your ideas, then use tools like ToDo or GTD to simply and easily make your ideas a reality.
Take a Closer Look!
1. Input
Open notes to drag them wherever you like. Arrange your notes on the whiteboard. Going far beyond text, you can also post images, websites, or handwritten notes.
No need to start filling in notes from the upper-left side. You have the power to freely and simply create rules regarding placement. For example, place related ideas in the upper-left, reference memos in the upper-right, and ToDo at the bottom.
2. Idea Organization
Each and every idea has a size, color, and significance of its own. Show the dynamic nature of important ideas by making them larger, or adding color, icons, or arrows.
Similar ideas can be dragged onto each other. Then they are grouped and create a new hierarchy. If you can organize it cleanly, ultimately leading to a better understanding.
3. Idea Expansions & Actualization
Idea frameworks come in handy when you want to expand an idea more or put it into action as a task. IdeaGrid is preloaded with over 20 kinds of templates. You can expand ideas with the "Mandala Chart" or "Idea Map", and organize them with "5W1H" and "Matrix". Upon putting an idea into action, you can then manage tasks with "ToDo" and "GTD".
Expand Ideas : Idea Map, Mandala Chart
Organize Ideas : 5W1H, Matrix, Step
Analyze Ideas : SWOT, 3C, Business Model Canvas
Perform a Task : ToDo, GTD
Three Kinds of Devices to Choose From
Mac, iPad and iPhone versions are available. You can use just one, or several. Many people seem to use different versions for different purposes: collecting material with the iPhone version when out, then organizing it at home with the Mac version.
Exclusive Cloud Service + Dropbox
Synchronization of multiple devices is made possible by using our exclusive cloud service, IdeaGrid Cloud. The Lite Plan with 100MB of storage allows all IdeaGrid users to use this service without any additional costs.
Also, Dropbox backup is supported. Your important data can be backed up so you do not need to worry about storage space.
Checking an item in your Idea List quickly converts it to ToDo. Finished tasks are tossed into the "Complete" box at lower right, lending an analog and intuitive operational feel.
By using the Draw function, your handwritten notes appear as you imagined. From idea sketches to proposal drafts and more, there are so many ways to work effectively. This method is very useful on your iPad.
Manage information with subgrids as "Folders." To consolidate a number of grids into one, you can stratify it and use it in Project Manager.
Plus, Here Are Some Workshops.
Usage Workshop #1
Won't it be refreshing once you finally let out all those ideas that have been bouncing around in your head? You could even say that the process of getting your ideas out also functions as a way to keep your mind free and clear. By clearing your mind, you can consider the methods to enumerate your ideas.
Usage Workshop #2
Ideas don't stay ideas forever; they can be "processed" when converted to tasks. In doing so, ideas proceed on their own toward realization. Let's take a look at Action Notes, which quickly turn ideas into tasks.
Usage Workshop #3
In order to connect seminar content to your own actions, it is vital to have notes conscious of doing so. Here, let's take a look at how to catch the points of a seminar, and tricks for taking notes that aggressively connect them your own ideas.
