In early 2013, we completely renovated the Restaurant’s menu to increase our range of products and remain committed to quality of all our dishes. Our manager Carlos and his team will offer you a professional and friendly service.

The morning buffet includes any type of breakfast: Mediterranean, English, Continental, etc.

You can find pastries, freshly made crepes and pancakes, Majorero cheese, Serrano ham, omelette, eggs to order (scrambled, poached, boiled, etc.). Also beans, bacon and sausages. You will also have Nutella to spread on toasts, crepes and delicious homemade cakes.

And of course, our Diet Corner (with sugar-free products). If needed, our kitchen also offers gluten-free products: it is best to give notice ahead of time so we can prepare a greater variety.

The Bahiazul Restaurant provides characteristic Fuerteventura cuisine. Choose from some of their specialties, such as the Island Cabrito just like grandma makes it, the Bahiazul paella or grilled crayfish, served with excellent presentation and in a beautiful setting.

The national menu is based on the finest meats from Northern Spain and the freshest fish of the season. The international menu brings fish and chips, Norwegian salmon or hamburgers to this exceptional corner of the Canary Islands.

How about a little music? We have prepared a varied and relaxing selection of music. But, in addition, you may also request your favourite song to start the day off.

From 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Buffet
From 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Restaurant (Sundays closed. ‘À la carte’ dinner is served until 31th october 2017. From November 1st, 2017 the buffet dinner is served daily from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.).
