    We recommend using steel bricks from the casino to uncap the SR katanas, and recommend using event materials for the SSR katanas.

    After watching the scene, you'll be able to use materials or a Damascus (SSR) or Steel Brick (SR) to uncap his level in the Upgrade screen.

    Drum Master is our precedent for this one, and it used no creeds. 10 Champion Merits plus quest clear. This doesn't mean Dancer is the same.
