        (承前)人間には差別をする自由もあるでしょうが、それは当然に批判されるものです。ですが、いくら批判されるものであっても、その表現そのものを取り締まることは、「思想信条の自由」「表現の自由」などの侵害です。私は、それらの自由を他者から奪うことがあってはならないと考えます。

        ヘイトスピーチの問題に特に関心はなく、表現規制という部分だけが干渉して、自分の業界とかの権利を守ろうとする意識が強すぎるだけだと思う。

      憲法19条の思想、良心の自由や21条の表現の自由が、ヘイトスピーチを保障しているという論理だが、これは憲法の条文を都合良く解釈しているのではないかな。思想、良心、表現の自由は厳格に保障されるべきだが、前提として憲法は14条で法の下の平等を定めて差別を排除していることも考えないと。

        うーん、さすがに「差別する自由」はアウトだなー。嫌いなだけなら自由ですよ、もちろん。嫌いなことは自由だし、嫌いな人と付き合わないのも当然自由。もちろん、批判するのは自由。でも、差別するということはそういうことではない。
