          ヘイトスピーチの問題に特に関心はなく、表現規制という部分だけが干渉して、自分の業界とかの権利を守ろうとする意識が強すぎるだけだと思う。

          差別する心にまで踏み込むのは自由の侵害ですが、差別発言をするのは自由ではありません、それは暴力だからです。 差別される逆の立場にたって考えてみて下さい。

          勿論、ヘイトスピーチ規制法が国に悪用される（恣意的な解釈を許す）危険があればそれを指摘する必要もありますが、今のところ罰則もないですし、原則的には法の規制＝国の規制ではないのでそこも踏まえておくべきでは？と思います。言われるまでもないことかも知れませんが。

          このあたりの表現の自由原理主義者が致命的にアホなのは、ヘイトスピーチは場合によっては現行法上も違法になり実際に違法だと認定されたケースもありそれについては別段問題視もされていないのに、周回遅れな「誰が線引きをするのか」という議論だけでいまだに押しきろうとしている点。

        あなたがおっしゃる「自由」は単なるワガママです。自由には責任が伴う、というように、それぞれに責任をとれる範囲に制限されます。出来ないことを引き受けると詐欺になったりしますね。責任をとれないのは、他人の出自なども同様です。でしゃばる自由はないのです。
