Nikkei Briefly Tumbles over 200 Points in Morning

   Tokyo, Sept. 4 (Jiji Press)--The benchmark Nikkei stock average briefly plunged more than 200 points on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Monday morning amid heightened tensions over North Korea, which carried out a nuclear test the previous day.
   The 225-issue Nikkei average closed the morning session at 19,521.44, down 170.03 points, or 0.86 pct, after briefly falling 212.07 points, or 1.08 pct. On Friday, the key market gauge climbed 45.23 points.
