                            no idea how they cooked it, but it took a half hour so i'm guessing low and slow. filled with salami, sausage, pepperoni, cheese, and meatballs.

                            They cake the pan in butter and cook it at pretty high temp. if it's giordanos its mostly cheese and crust, I feel they don't add enough other toppings when you get their stuffed.

                            Gio's best pizza (IMO) is their BBQ bacon on thin crust. mmmmmmmmm

                                    I just don't think of them both as pizza. that's not to say I think one is superior to the other. I grew up in NY so foldy slice is pizza to me and deep dish is chicago style to me. both delicious just different.

                                    YEARS ago, I lived in Chicago near the Western/Lincoln/Lawrence intersection, and there was a neighborhood Italian place with the BEST fucking pizza - it's now a T-Mobile, but I'll never forget how good it was, and even better cold the next morning.

                                    I kinda wish I had tried some real Chicago pizza 10 years ago. I'm pretty certifiably lactose intolerant now and I don't think even 3 lactose pills would be enough to have one slice of this
