You used to be good at reading crowds. Guess what every crowd thinks of the GOP repeal bill? They HATE it. Majority of your voters opposes.

Think of how you'd bedevil your critics if you told McConnell to throw out his bill & start from scratch. Think of the surprise, the glory.

And think of the humiliation if you push for this bill and it fails. Or if it passes & is a disaster. So easy to avoid that train wreck!

They spent years pushing for Obamacare to be repealed & replaced but it was all talk & no action. They didn't work on a replacement plan

First of all, why are you using "civilian" in quotes? Is that because you were and continue to be a foreign agent for the Russian govt?

And second, didn't you promise to repeal Obamacare immediately? How long do you think immediately is? Six months?
