Lambdaphagy

Should a questioning, semi-lapsed Catholic go to confession? There are a lot of things that I've done that I sincerely believe are wrong, but there are also things I think are totally okay (even though I know the Church's reasons for condemning them), or things I'm not sure about, or things I can't reasonably condemn but feel guilty about emotionally. I want to get some of them off my chest but saying "I feel sincere remorse for all of the above" would not be completely true.
