The most fundamental lecture in female nature is understanding the fact that they lack any sense of honor and loyality.

Based on these axioms, female nature can be explained.

But its so hard for us men to understand this, because we all build our existence around rules and principles. Breaking ones own 'code of honor' is one of the worst thing that can happen.

Women on the other hand, dont have any of those things. Men can not understand, how life is possible withouth those things, thats why there it is so hard for us to understand female nature.

But if you think about a living being which has no honor and loyality, all the destructive and parasitic behaviour in relationships can be explained. From this point of view, it is possible to cheat in an otherwhise healthy realtionship just because some opportunity arrives. It is possible to feel no remorse when it comes to draining energy and ressources of another living being. It is easy to make demands and victimize oneself.

In the past few decades, the damage of female behaviour was limited to marriage and social circles. But nowadays it also influences companies.

Tesla, for example, is receiving some negative publicity at the moment because some ugly female engineer sues tesla for 'pervasive harassment'.

She thinks that less-qualified men are being promoted instead of more capable female employees, but i think such a thing is not possible.. only the other way around.

She also says the company has a hostile work environment with lot of sexual harassment going on. There was a meeting with most of the female staff and most of the women raised their hand when being asked if they got harassed in the past at least once. God knows how many hands were raised here because some harmless flirts happened to them.

The problem is, that women, if given the opportunity, will expand their parasatic strategies to a grander scheme. A woman does not care if she got rich due to a husband or due to a generous company. In the end, she will complain, feel unhappy and use every subtle weapon she has to destroy it.

Dont make the mistake and try to argue with this stuff on a rational level. If those female workers complain about sexual harassment, it is not really what they mean. Those demands are barely making any sense if you think about it. It would mean that they want to be treated sexually neutral like working robots. Iam sure that this is not what they want.

Tesla is making the mistake of filling too many important positions with female employees and is now getting bit by it. However, i wont worry too much about Tesla, because i think their innovation is good enough to sustain those turbulences.

Yet, Google is smarter in that regard and only hires females for lower positions. Its the best thing a company can do, because they are satisfying the demands for a certain female deployment rate while simultaneously avoiding to block important job positions with unproductive women.

And iam not saying, that women are uncapable intellectually. Its just due to their nature that makes them impractical for companies at important professional levels.
