FNV is considered the best in the series, at least for the FPS Fallout games.

It's writing is smart, the DLC is worth the purchase, and the mods are quality stuff.

It genuinely captures the Role-Playing aspect of RPGs. You'll still hear about people starting up another file to play through the game in a different way.

There's multiple endings, varied followers and companions, and what you do in the game is referenced by the NPCs.

Great game Fallout New Vegas. Glad you like it.

Thanks!! I'm on a tight budget so I will have to pass on the DLCs for now, but maybe I can pick it up next time it goes on sale, for another run through!

I'm playing it as an RPG/FPS game right now, investing stats primarily on guns. I'm too scared to get shot or get mauled lmao

Edit: a word

You should really have the DLC. If you add me on Steam I can gift them to you. :)

Oh wow! This is so amazing!! I'll send you a PM. :)

DLC is totally worth it! :) Don't play on an easy difficulty btw, I've found it's not as fun to rush through it. :(

Old World Blues is quite literally my favorite expansion of any game I've ever played. As a matter of fact, all of the DLC are definitely worth it.

Whenever ya get the funds, I highly recommend it!

I also recommend following and installing mods from this guide for reintroduced cut content and such:

http://wiki.step-project.com/User:EssArrBee/FalloutNewVegas

Whenever you get the DLC that is.

Seconded. If nothing else, get Old World Blues!

I also really enjoyed Dead Money ... survival horror in the Fallout engine was pretty cool. Worked surprisingly well, considering that the engine is so alien to the concept.

If it had a problem, it's probably that the companion chatter got too repetitive.... "you guys are really lowering the bar" was super distinctive the first time, but after the fiftieth, was growl-inducing.

OWB and Dead Money are the real standouts in the Fallout universe, AFAIC.

The dlc is on sale as a part of the ultimate edition all the time, usually for less than 10 bucks too. Old World Blues is practically an entirely new game. And honestly they all kinda are, super great value for your dollar if you like F:NV

Install economy overhaul and start your gambling addiction on :)

Remember to use the VATS for combat, if you get hit while in VATS, you take slightly less damage. VATS is best for close combat/quick combat. If you have a lot of skills in guns, don't use VATS for sniping at long distance, you'll probably be better at hitting the enemies at long distance, and then save the VATS for when they come closer. Sneak attacks to the head is devastating. Many enemies will rush at you, even if not melee, so you can also use traps/mines to your advantage after hitting them from a distance.

Hope this helps you in the scary combat :)

You can always try for less combat focused next playthrough, or melee, which can be more difficult. Remember it's possible to complete the game by either trying to kill everything, nothing, or (slight spoilers halfway through link)do it all on 1 health bar.

That link you shared is insane! I had fun reading though it, but held off on the vids for fear of spoilers.

You make a good point re: VATS! I actually use VATS to "snipe" using my rifle, instead of just shooting them from afar. Now that you made me realize VATS is actually more useful and effective up close, I think I'll try it out tomorrow.

The Ghoul into Space side quest was the first time I felt like I really had to improvise with my strategies in combat. I haven't used traps/mines/dynamites before that, but when I kept on dying to invisible Nightkins, I tried it out, and it worked. When I ran out of dynamites I switched to the Incinerator so I could "tag" them with flames, then proceeded to shoot then with a handgun.

Haha, nice tactic, burning them, note you can see them even though they're invisible, they have a predator like shimmer to them. But I think I just blew them all up as well.

I know this is patientgamers and you've said you're holding off mod/DLCs and such, but if you find yourself missing explosives and want to craft them, you can get the gun runners arsenal quite cheaply (1,19EUR) which opens up for a lot of bomb and grenade crafting.

Happy mutant burning :)

Haha yes! I can slightly make out their shape, but FPS isn't a genre I've played a ton, so I panic a lot when they come rushing at me with their clubs! burning them makes them much easier to see, but their hit boxes are pretty large anyway haha

A kind redditor actually gifted me the DLCs so I'll have access to the Gun Runners Arsenal! Might come in handy when I feel like I'm in a pinch yet again.

FNV is considered the best in the series...

*rage building*

... at least for the FPS Fallout games.

*Snickers consumed*

Ah, OK. Carry on.

FNV is indeed great, and is the only 3D-era Fallout that feels like it was made by people that had any clue why the original games were great.

Weren't FNV made by the same people who did Fallout and Fallout2?

Is it safe to say that if I didn't like FNV that it wouldn't be worthwhile to try 3 or 4?

3 is a bit more cinematic, and 4 is a bit more action-oriented. I really enjoyed exploring the map in FO3 on my Xbox 360 years back, but playing it alongside modern games might make it seem less impressive. I might still prefer it over NV, ignoring the greater Fallout universe and advances in the gameplay engine.

I can't even think of a good thing to say about Fallout 4.

I recently played through 3 again, and I have to say, it's really quite good. The writing is maybe a notch below NV, but there is so much more content. I found a section of caves that had a group of friendly giant ants, fighting off a rival ant colony, with a little unmarked quest to help them out in return for a renewable supply of ant nectar. There's the super damn creepy dunwich building with the creepy ass Cthulhu statue, the super hero wannabes, the pit, the ridiculously unfair Chinese stealth suit, the necronomicon quest, the bobble heads, the MIRV, the talon mercs fighting the super mutants all over DC, there is so much more content packed into 3 than there is in NV.

I think the controls are aging in FO3, especially the non-VATS weapons play, and the walk/run speed. I NEED to mod the speed otherwise I grow wildly impatient. I love FO3 more than NV though. NV just feels so grim, whereas there's more a sense of wonder, a sense of "What's around the corner?" to 3. FO3 is too green, but NV has too much brown and desert. You can mod FO3 to remove some of the green, I think.

The only thing that really annoyed me about FO3 was the way you had to travel the tunnels and subways to get from one part of the map to the other. There was no way to get to half of the map without using the tunnels, and I admit, I kind of got turned around in those tunnels a lot.

I have over a thousand hours in FO4. I like building :)

Having played both reasonably recently, thinking about a compare-and-contrast: I suspect NV actually has a lot more things to find and explore than FO3 does. It's just that less of it is required to progress in the main storyline.

Dude, New Vegas is FAR superior in terms of quests and dialogue.

What I often say is that FO3 captured the loneliness and despair of a post-apocalyptic world better than any other game. The sense of prowling through the standing skeleton of a mighty civilization was powerful and eerie.

The plotting was much better in NV, but I didn't feel very motivated by any of the sides. I didn't really like any of the big players; the NCR was corrupt, House was a narcissist, and Caesar was a psychopath. Of all the leaders I met in that game, the only one I'd have wanted to put in charge of New Vegas and Hoover Dam? The King. He seemed pretty solid, despite the pompadour.

But that wasn't an option, so I was sort of left drifting. I didn't want to run the place myself, and didn't want any of the other players running it either, so ... yeah.

It honestly depends on what your looking for.

F4 is considered by long time fans to be the worst, and F3 is considered ok.

However, there's still plenty of people who enjoy them.

What didn't you like? What were you looking for?

I held off buying FO4 due to the backlash from the community (I loved FO3 and NV), but I picked it up a few days ago from the Steam Summer Sale.

If you're looking for a deep story and RP experience then yeah, it might be lacking. If you're looking to wander a gorgeously grim wasteland with your trusty rifle - well, with some .ini tweaks to FOV and the sensitivity turned right down to minimum, you can actually play it as an FPS for the first time ever. I haven't opened VATS one in 30 hours so far, and I'm not missing it.

So yeah, it definitely comes down to what exactly you're looking for in it, but I wouldn't write it off because it's a different beast to NV. I haven't plugged 800+ hours into Skyrim because of the quality of the storyline (I haven't even finished the main quest once), but because of the exploration, the hidden bits and pieces, and the fact that in 800 hours I'm still finding things I've never seen (likely due to the 240ish mods I'm running, but thats the beauty of Bethesda games). Time will tell if I'll be playing FO4 well into the triple digits, but if the modding community is half as active and creative as the Skyrim one then I would say it's likely.

F4 isn't a terrible game per say, but it is a terrible FALLOUT game. The first play through is decent, but with the voiced protagonist it makes it hard to replay since it's harder to role play. It doesn't compare anywhere near to the level of NV or 3.

F4 isn't a terrible game per say, but it is a terrible FALLOUT game

this is a pretty standard response at this point but i gotta say it's a bad game on it's own merits. i haven't once thought about a replay. the last thing i want to go through again is clearing out an area to set up communities and supply lines only to have all the hostiles respawn in 3 days and start attacking my settlers all over again.

i cringe at the thought of dropping what i'm doing to go on a raidiant quest to protect a farm from a "threat" halfway across the map or have to quickly catch a notification that my heavily fortified fort is under attack and i have to fast travel to save it from 3 guys who magically teleported inside the walls.

god i hate those game mechanics so much.

What I ended up doing was moving Preston to a settlement I never visited, so those quests didn't constantly pop up.

I hated that game, on the whole. There have been very few games that I have actively wished for the time back I spent on them, but FO4 is definitely one. And I loved FO3.

What I will say as someone who is in love with all of the fallout games, NV and 2 most, is that I've recently formed a small love for fallout 4. The thing is that it's a different kind of love since it's a different kind of game. I used to hate F4 - was disappointed with the main story, the lack of RP elements, the general lack of depth. But then I went back to it, started a modded survival playthrough and tried to appreciate the game for what it was instead of what I wanted it to be. I'm at a total of ~320 hours total on fallout 4 and I don't regret it. My roadblock was that I spent too much time consumed with "what the game could have been" and I think that's a mistake a lot of people making coming into the game.

That said, modded new Vegas is superior in nearly every way, but this is the gaming neighborhood of Reddit and almost everyone holds that opinion.

FNV was the first Fallout game I tried and I had trouble getting into it. I gave up and tried FO3 instead, and it grabbed me from the start. There really is no universal truth to which game is the easiest to get into or which one you will like the best, no matter what the Internet says! (I did return to FNV later and liked it, but I needed FO3 to 'soften the blow', I suppose)

It's the first game where I was genuinely sad at every choice I had to make. Because I knew it was actually greatly impacting the rest of the game. I'm the type of person who likes to know all the possibilities and outcomes.

I played through when it first came out. I still have no clue what the other endings are. I intend to play and find out someday. But I honestly don't know how many endings there are.

It's a great game. If you're into mods, I highly recommend project Nevada. It makes the game far more playable and fun without imbalancing it, and adds a lot of UI improvements (like a grenade hotkey and a sprint feature that uses AP.)

I'll look into mods today! Thank you :)

Definitely mod it. Think there's a mod guide on the game's subreddit to help you decide which ones you want. Have fun though, it's an amazing game!

I am on the other side of the fence. I definitely NOT recommend project nevada based on how game altering the experience is. I highly suggest jsawyer ultimate then work your way up there to install lore friendly mods. I am on work now so i could not give you a full list on mods i highly recommend

Thank you for the heads up! and I am definitely interested on which mods you'd also recommend.

I agree with /u/drgolovacroxby; play the first time vanilla, except for two mods: NVSE, and CASM.

FO3 and NV have a really nasty nasty bug, where overwriting a savegame can corrupt it. And this corruption can happen automatically, because auto- and quick-saves overwrite old files. You can end up in a walking dead state through no fault of your own, because the game can silently kill itself... and you may not know for many hours.

CASM fixes autosaves for you, so that they never overwrite, and if you install NVSE (New Vegas Script Extender), it will also take care of quicksaves as well. If you then never overwrite a manual save slot, always saving to an empty spot, and then (optionally) deleting an old one as a separate step, you will never get the corrupt-savegame bug.

Those are the only two mods you need; I'd suggest avoiding the others until you've finished the game and all the DLC at least once. Then go crazy.

Not op, but maybe some graphic mods like fellout or Essential Visual Enhancements? I recommend experiencing the story as it is first, but that's just my thing.

Honestly, for your first playthrough, I wouldn't use mods. Finish the game once vanilla, then on your consecutive playthroughs start adding mods into the mix.

Another voice recommending against mods here.

A few graphical and bugfix tweaks wouldn't hurt, but absolutely avoid gameplay mods until you've experienced the game as it was meant to be played. I'd save them for a second playthrough, honestly.

The game's great as-is. PN/JS etc turn it into something else - and a lot of people find that less fun. The balancing's where it is for a reason.

When you get a chance, can you list the mods you recommend?

Wait until you finish the game and it's DLC first, though. The game is best experienced with mods on a second playthrough.

[–]Fortune399Steam = Tehbamboozler 7 ポイント8 ポイント  (0子コメント)

Debatable, there's no reason not to use QoL stuff, visual mods, body mods, etc, the first time through.

Take some time to explore, don't even worry about the main storyline or even getting New Vegas is too important. Wander the wasteland like fucking badass you are. Grab a companion along the way

I wish I were badass. I keep on dying randomly because of my carelessness. Stimpacks are expensive! Hahahaha

But when I score a critical hit, I do feel like I'm a badass, or when I shoot people / creatures with a handgun.

Get a companion! It can really help. I recommend Boon or Rex. But if I remember right you can have a human and a creature so maybe you can get both. You just have to do some quests to get them

I just got Boon before I wrapped up my play session last night! Glad I also got the keys to a room so I can now heal up without spending anything hahaha

Boone and ED-E. ED-E lets you detect them from a mile away, Boone let's you see them. Find the Gobi campaign rifle, or Pacienca, or even just an anti-material rifle, and you'll be unstoppable.

Getting to new Vegas is nowhere near the end of the story by the way. So don't feel rushed. For the route I took, New Vegas ended up being less than halfway through the game.

I've been wanting to play this for ages, especially as I've had it for ages and not really gotten around to starting. I think I'll do that this week.

Oh please do. New Vegas is my personal favorite RPG of all time and the fact some people haven't played it saddens mme.If you're interested in why it's so critically acclaimed and praised, there is one word that perfectly fits this game:

Freedom.

You are free to do whatever you want. Anything and everything you can think of, you can do in-game. You can be a crazed lunatic hell bent on making the world suffer, or a pacifist who has complete control over any situation.

I have never played a game that gives you as much freedom as New Vegas, and it's honestly my cool down game at times. It's so good I still go back to it just to have fun.

It really does have a crazy amount of freedom. It's possible to complete the game both by killing every single person in the game or by not killing a single creature.

[–]Reindeer_from_Mexico 1 ポイント2 ポイント  (2子コメント)

Is it? I haven't gotten too far in yet but for example in the beginning do you not have to kill some geckos and do some kind of gunfight in Goodsprings?

Sunny Smiles can kill the geckos for you. People have done no-kill runs of the game that can be found on Youtube.

[–]Reindeer_from_Mexico 0 ポイント1 ポイント  (0子コメント)

Oh well I guess I stand corrected!

Awesome! Definitely post your experience or review about it as well :D

OP, I just gotta say, do whatever you want. It's a free world in New Vegas. If a character gets on your nerves, kill em. If a boss is giving you shit, load an old save and grind. Go peaceful or go hard. Kill or be killed. Let everyone live, it's all up to you.

I'll admit it, I am a fucking psychopath in New Vegas. If there's a good reward that's all I'm after. I get so invested in the world, but anyone slips up and I pop em like the bastard I am.

If you play through it once and decide you like it, I recommend playing a second time as either Lawful Good or Chaotic Evil, or as I call them, the Pacifist Run and the Genocide Run.

Seeing everyone's different reactions comparing one playthrough to the other is just fascinating to me. Definitely worth the time, and maybe for a fourth run you'll find one that suits you more, cause I can guarantee even then you won't be sick of it. I've played it 4 times myself, same way each time and spread out from it's release to now and it is still a blast.

Thank you so much!

Currently, I'm just building my character like how I'd always play other RPG games -- a ranged damage dealer. So I invested skill points on guns, some stealth, and the rest on lockpicking / speech / bargaining. Really cool system that reminds me of Dungeons & Dragons. I quicksave often so when I die, I just keep on trying and change strats.

I get too sucked into the side quests, cos I'm interested on the little stories behind them. And I don't feel I'm railroaded to do them, but I complete them anyway out of curiosity.

Next play through I might try playing Chaotic Evil melee!

edit: I know I'm just barely touching the surface of the game but I was already contemplating a second run through after a couple of hours into it. I hope my enthusiasm continues until I can finish the main storyline!

If I could recommend anything to you, max lockpick right from the start. A couple of fantastic weapons are sitting behind max lockpick locks.

Agree with this. Tag lockpick and get it to at least a level where you can get it to 100 by using +perception gear and skill magazines as soon as possible. The sooner you move it up, the better because of all the free xp you'll get for opening locks.

This and hacking as well as all of the other skills not based on damage dealing are what I always build first.

I only ever did hacking for that OP as shit Euclid's C-Finder.

Dont wanna spoil too much for OP or others that haven't played NV, but there's a certain revolver locked behind a 100 safe that is the only reason I maxed Lock picking.

But yeah, maxing Hacking and Lock picking is a good idea.

The side quests are really what makes Fallout: NV the beast that it is. There is so much lore hidden in some of these side quests that really make the game engaging.

The side quests don't feel like they're minor in any way. All the 'side' characters have so much personality that I try to remember them all. I feel like they all bring some interesting storylines into the game. It's a huge breath of fresh air from other games where Random Person #3 asks you to fetch him something. Thanks :)

I don't think this is a spoiler but be warned I guess. Upon entering casinos on the strip, you must forfeit all weapons to the hotel until you leave. Your weapons get stored in a locker.

I feel bad that I've never finished this one. I've played them all, I jut can't get into FNV.

Part of it is that I'm older now and don't have the same time to commit to games that I did before I had kids.

Part I think has to do with the feel of it. It's relatively linear in the beginning and the feeling of vast desolation hasn't really got me exploring too much. I did the vault with the plants and finally got to the strip but this is after having played that save for a year or more in bits JD pieces.

I did finish 4 though none of the DLC.

I figure I'll finish one run of FNV and then try the mods.

Eventually I'll finish it.

Good luck finishing it, and i suggest making the game as convenient and easy for you -- I feel like difficulty shouldn't detract from your enjoyment of the game, specially since you have so many other responsibilities. :)

I know that LP's are a nice place to start when feeling out a game, so, maybe his stuff might help someone.

I'm not a "patient gamer", but I loved New Vegas and wanted to say that waiting to buy it several years after release was absolutely the right call. When it came out, even the first damn thing that happens in the game was broken.

You like the graphics? I found the graphics to be down right atrocious. Something about the Bethesda game engine just puts me off.

While I agree Bethesda games have a certain... look to them, OP stated that he's not a gamer.

The only "gaming" gear I own outside of my laptop is my 3DS and a GBA, so I've been used to pixelated graphics or non 3D games.

Glad to be able to run this game on high graphics and still get decent frame rates, so it's definitely a first!

There is nothing wrong with the graphics, I think. What they lack in fidelity, they make up for in style.

They're not pretty but they're functional. I appreciate visual clarity.

I have never had any issues with Bethesda engine graphics. While they are not the best I have seen at time, they were still acceptable.

Started it a couple weeks ago, didn't take, found myself having to talk myself into playing it. Gave it to a friend.

It's a slow burner. Took me awhile before I could into it, glad I did.

I just bought it on steam after beating it a few times on console 3/4 years ago. Such a great game, and even better now that I can mod it to remove that yucky orange tint.

oh to be new to NV again! if you get any dlc i strongly suggest lonesome road.

Great game with a truly interesting and believable atmosphere. The DLC is just icing on the cake and you get usually get them pretty cheap now.

FNV was actually gifted to me! Maybe I'll pick up a DLC or two next Steam Sale. :D

I've been getting the urge to play it again (for a 3rd time). I really want to do a punching build.

There's a certain sniper rifle with certain bullets that you might consider getting asap. It makes all the difference. Also, watch out for those friggin deathclaws. Gawd I hate them.

This sounds awesome. I wonder what it is! I'm playing my character as a gunslinger / sniper so I'm definitely curious.

It's the Gobi Campaign scout rifle. Use JSP rounds with it. It can be found in the Sniper's nest near the bottom right side of the map. Google it for more info.

What I would give if I could relive the first time I played NV. Unfortunately I've been it eight ways to Sunday on console and PC, so I know just about every nook and cranny on it. One of my favorite games ever.

Didn't feel like it was 8 hours already

Sounds like Fallout

I also bought it this sale for just 2,50! I still have to start playing. Looks fun!

Man, I love this subreddit. New Vegas is amazing, I'm so glad you're enjoying it! Some of the best hours I've ever spent gaming right there. Have fun dude!

New vegas is easily my favorite in the FPS series. You made a good choice

My favorite game of all time. I'm glad you enjoy it.

Have you looked at 3rd party mods? Heaps of great nexus ones that improve your quality of life without cheesing the game.

One of the best games ever made, hands down

Game is great despite not being "good" as Fallout 3. I still enjoyed it more than any other fallout. NV is my favourite

Great game. Maybe my all time favorite

I hear there's a mod to give it the Fallout 4 inventory system where you don't have to go into a menu to loot every last container, and can just hover your cursor over it. You should get that ASAP, it will save you an immense amount of time and mild annoyance. Probably my favorite quality of life feature added in Fallout 4.

Great game. My only issue is the limited songs on the radio

[–]running_toilet_bowl 0 ポイント1 ポイント  (0子コメント)

You and I had very different experiences. My first experience with the game mostly consisted of crashing often, spending tons of time trying to get the game working, dying over and over again to overpowered enemies, weapons running out of durability and ammo all the time, lack of explorable buildings, confusion about the SPECIAL stats and a whole host of other annoyances. Not even an infinite ammo Fat Man made me enjoy it.

So I put it down and didn't touch it until about a month ago. I had studied the mrchanics a bit more, focused on a single playstyle (melee) and I'm having so much more fun. I even bought the GOTY version and the DLCs seem very interesting (although I'm not a high enough level to try any of them).

The real question is - How optimized is it to run on Windows 10 with modern graphics card? is it like skyrim that crashes to desktop for no reason?

I was also greatly considering buying it. For less than $3 why not? I was trying to decide between buying new vegans or the bioshock bundle which is more and has more games but everything I've read and seen says that new vegas is one of the best RPG games to come out in the last 10 years. I'll probably cave and buy both, but after reading this think I'm gonna play new vegas first. Lol

The best part of this game for me is the voice acting. Wayne newton, Dave foley, Felicia day, rob cordry, Michael dorn, the list goes on. I fucking love this game.

Well it's a spinoff of fallout 3 if i'm not mistaken isn't it? I played that and that is just as good if not better.

It's a separate game but the system is mostly the same. And most people agree that the plot/characters/etc of FNV are much better.

It's in the same engine but made by different developers (Obsidian) with a lot of the creative team from the original Fallout games. Most people agree that the storyline, player dialog choices, and massively branching quest trees make New Vegas superior to Fallout 3.

Definitely give it a go if you get the chance.

I've played both and I liked 3 better.

Fair enough. May I ask why?

I liked the story and setting better. But both games are so similar in how they play and I figured op liked new vegas, and 3 is just a ton more of the same thing so it's also good to buy.

I liked the Fallout 3 wasteland better. The terrain was mildly more interesting and the density of side-events was impressive.

Fallout NV had less content just lying around but what content it had was more consistently high quality. The leveling system was also less broken (no more perfect stat and skill characters).

Both are very good games. Despite the obvious similarities they ended up with significantly different feels to them. Some sequels have an obvious winner and loser but to me those two are more give and take and are just different instead of being better or worse than each other.

Yeah I agree with this completely. Because the wasteland had a better feel to me, I like that a lot better than the Vegas ambience. But in technical terms they'd fixed and tweaked for Vegas. Playing Vegas was nice because I had played 3 years earlier and I was just happy to be playing more fallout and obviously it didn't disappoint me. I just liked the whole father/child thing going on with 3, plus the general storyline, and yes the terrain I liked better as well.

Oh, your post makes me so sad ... I read on reddit over and over again how great Fallout NV is. I tried to get it going three times ... and always I felt driven away. However, I want to get into it. :-(

I didn't play any FO game before FO4. But FO4 is just the perfect game for me. I love the mood, the many, many little stories, the graphics, the music, the combat, the feeling, everything. I played through it 5 times or so, 500+ hours. I want more of the same. So I tried FO3 and FO NV. I seem not to be able to get used to it:

  • The graphics is SOOOO bad ... I know it's an old game, but it feels so ... dull!
  • The user interface ... I mean, even FO4 is a hell of a messy user interface. But compared to FO3/NV it's simply gold.
  • Combat: I have to shoot an enemy ten or more times to down him. Somehow there seems no way to play stealthy or focus on good aiming. It seems like "shoot as many bullets as fast as you can" to me. And the aiming is so ... awkward?
  • Accessability: There are millions of items in my backbag, and I have no clue what they are for, which I need and which are useless. The game doesn't give me any hint, what I need an item for - or not. FO4 does this way better.

What am I doing wrong? Why seems everybody to say FO NV is so superior to FO4, when I, who loves FO4 as one of my alltime best games, have such a hard time to get into FO NV and FO3. Really looking forward for helpful comments!

I guess different people will like different games. I've just started Follout 4, and I'm having a great time. Never could get into New Vegas. :)

How do you get free games? (Just wondering, not begging)

Some kind redditors sent me a PM and offered to get me DLCs, because they wanted to share the entire experience of New Vegas.

I was super shocked, to be honest, because I'm still gushing about the base game and they want to share some more love around. Really overwhelmed by their generosity.

Where does one get these deluxe editions keys you screenshotted? Wouldnt mind getting hooked aswell :)

A couple of hours into it, I recommend Blessing or King.
