[Serious] When you have to interact with a hostile or irrational Ex? (self.MGTOW)

I'll cut right to it.

  • Divorce underway, but there are complications.
  • I have to interact with the Ex at least twice, weekly for the foreseeable future.
  • Ex is using these times to levy accusations, complaints, demands, etc. (real & imagined).
  • I have multiple avenues of communication ( seven public & private email addresses, 4 business & personal phone lines & even a web portal); all available 24/7.
  • Ex eschews these other avenues for communicating necessary information.

Not sure what to do. Her in-person antics are really antagonizing.

Respond to all her verbal attacks (I assume she calls you), via email, noting the time of the call and how long it lasted, summarizing what she said, with whatever you want to say (be studiously polite), and BCC your lawyer.

If she is doing this in person, record everything privately (forget legality) and save the mp3s to a properly time-stamped folder on Google Drive. Email as above.

Always meet with either witnesses or CCTV cameras present.
