I’ve had terrible stomach pains for the last six hours and I don’t know what to dooooo :(

ahhhhhhh why is it like this ahhhhhhhh

So are these gas pains, hunger pains, pre-vomiting pains, ulcer pains, or organ failure pains?

/You can tell I’ve had ongoing stomach problems for years, can’t you.

I gradually ruled out the first three, but IDK how to identify the last two. Honestly, it feels like basically the same cramps that correspond to menstruation, except I don’t have a uterus (growth mindset?), so I don’t know where it’s coming from.

I’m going to try drugging it into submission now.

If it lasts for more than a day and is accompanied by acute secondary symptoms (severe n./vomiting, diarrhea, GI bleeding, etc) please consider going to urgent care or the ER.

If you still have an appendix, it might be appendicitis if the pain is real bad.
